Intellectual Property
The prompts, images, and curated content found on PromptsVault AI are the property of their respective creators or PromptsVault AI.
“You may use the prompts for personal and professional AI interactions. However, automated scraping, mass duplication, or commercial resale of our database is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.”
User Contributions
When you submit a prompt or any content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content across our platforms. You represent that you own all rights to the content you submit.
Elite Curator Status
Our “Elite Curator” badge is awarded based on prompt quality, community engagement, and internal review. PromptsVault AI reserves the right to grant or revoke this status at any time without prior notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
